Worcester Park Conservatory
For this project, we were asked by the client to convert an unusable conservatory into an insulated room they could use all year round.
After the checking of foundations and existing walls, we were able to establish that we could use part of the current structure. Thus, saving a substantial cost and stress to the client.
In addition to the rear works, we divided the existing kitchen to provide a pantry and utility room with WC. We refurbished the ground floor with new flooring, joinery, and decorating throughout.
A new kitchen and first-floor bathroom were installed with underfloor heating provided to the kitchen area and the electrics updated to current regulations..
